Check these AT HOME BURN workouts that require no equipment at ALL! These are 5 AT HOME BURNS that I cycle through when I do not have a gym.near.me . The workouts will be simple, effective, and hopefully you find them as fun as we do.

1. BURN The Pizza In My Belly AT HOME BURN

WARM UP-

3 Rounds

30 Jumping Jacks

10 Push Up

20 Flutter Kicks

 

Workout-

15 Minutes As Many Rounds As Possible

8 Burpees

16 Alt V-Up

16 Squat Jumps

 

Extra Credit

3 Rounds

:30 plank

30 Hip Bridges

 

2. I Love Sprinkles Cup Cakes. That Is Why I workout. AT HOME BURN

Warm Up-

10 Minute Clock

:30 Up-downs

10 Groiners

10 Air Squats

 

Workout-

6-10 Rounds

:30 wall sit

10 Jump squats

:30 wall sit

10 Jumping Lunges

*if you can not jump, just perform normal squats and lunges

Extra credit-

10-15 Minute

walk, jog, or run

Warm Up-

8 Minute Clock As Many Rounds

100 Jump Rope or 50 Jumping Jacks

20 Lunges

:30 bottom of squat hold

 

Workout-

3 Rounds

30 Air Squats

15 Sit Up

60 Jump Rope or 30 Jumping jacks

Then

3 Minutes of Burpees as many as possible

Then

300 Jump rope or 90 Jumping Jacks

30 Sit up

90 Air squats

 

Extra Credit-
