Foundation Course for Beginners
Join us for a friendly and welcoming beginner’s class tailored for fitness newbies. During five scheduled 1-hour sessions, you’ll be working one-on-one with a coach on the fundamental movements of CrossFit, at a pace that fits your fitness level.
